Questionnaire and AI analysis data: When you fill in the 60-second questionnaire in the “My Wellness Demystifier” tool, we collect health-related information such as your sex, age range, tongue appearance, daily rhythm and core concerns. This is sensitive personal information. We collect it for one purpose only: to generate your personalized Reset plan through our AI engine, which combines your Chinese zodiac sign, the Five Elements, Traditional Chinese Medicine body constitution theory and modern nutrition science.
2. Payment and transaction data: When you use our paid services, the payment process is handled by a third-party payment provider (Dodo Payments). We do not directly collect or store your full financial details, such as your credit card number or bank account. We may, however, receive necessary transaction records such as the transaction reference, order amount and payment status.
3. Technical data and cookies: When you visit this website, we automatically collect your IP address, browser type, language preference (for example, detecting and converting between Simplified and Traditional Chinese through the AutoHan script), the time of your visit and the pages you view. We use cookies to remember your language preference (such as your Simplified/Traditional Chinese setting) and your login status, and to identify spam comments.

Payment transaction records are kept as required by financial and tax regulations (usually 7 years). User preferences (such as cookies) are kept for up to 300 days.

- Access and portability: you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
